Speed Programs

Speed training isn’t the same for every sport or activity.  Some sports or activities require “top end” speed where an athlete reaches maximum speed for a sustained amount of time while some sports and activities require “acceleration speed” where the athlete must start with quick bursts of speed.  Then some sports and activities require an athlete to control their speed and change direction quickly.
